Additional commentary from Fr. Barron on Vatican II

This is presented as the follow up to a commentary on the theologian Yves Congar and Vatican II, but this gives background that will make the other easier to understand.  Fr. Barron will mention things that will make more sense if you see the first part, but on balance I think this is a better place to start.
